Centre Square is a joint venture between Kshitij Venture Capital Fund & The Peevees Group. Kshitij Venture Capital Fund , advised by Everstone Capital is a 65 million USD, retail led real estate fund developing 3.6 million sq.ft of predominantly retail space, a majority of which is already operational Across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities in India. A thoroughly professional set up, it owns, operates & manages malls in Vadadora, Ahmedabad, Jaipur & Indore. Further, the Everstone group also owns and manages one of India’s largest malls spread across 1.2 million sq.ft in Pune. The Peevees group is owned & promoted by P.V Abdul Wahab, an industrialist with business presence in India & middle east countries. The group is a leader across its businesses notable amongst them are the U.A.E based Bridgeway Group of companies, Peevees International School and Indus Motors etc. The two groups bring together their respective strengths, Peevees of their domain market leadership in Kochi & Kshitij Venture Capital Fund their experience of operating world-class malls. This venture was envisioned for shoppers, who come from all over Kerala to M.G Road Kochi, to complete their shopping requirements. M.G Road has always been a Mecca of high street traditional shopping.
